SnapDog UK Business Launch Prize Draw

1. Promoter

The Promoter is RAW COMPANY TECH LIMITED (trading as SnapDog), a company registered in England & Wales, company number 17349121, registered office at rawcompanytech.uk. Contact: leeraw1993@gmail.com or via the /support page.

2. Eligibility

• Entrants must be at least 18 years old.
• The business must be located in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland).
• Open to any approved dog-related business listing type on SnapDog — including but not limited to dog fields, groomers, walkers, breeders, trainers, cafes, pubs, hotels, vets, pet shops, boarding kennels and doggy day-care providers.
• The entrant must be the legal owner or licensed operator of the business they are registering. Registering a business you do not own or operate will disqualify the entry.
• Employees of SnapDog and their immediate families are not eligible.
• Each business site may only be entered once. Multiple entries for the same site will be merged and treated as a single entry.

3. How to enter

1. Sign up for a SnapDog account and add a business listing of any supported type via the app or website.
2. Complete all required fields honestly, including the business's postal address, opening hours, and at least one photograph.
3. Once your listing is approved by our moderation team, you will automatically be assigned an entry number between 1 and 2,000.
4. You will receive an email confirming your entry number. If you do not receive it within 48 hours of approval, contact us via /support quoting your listing name.

There is no cost to enter and no purchase is required. Purchasing a paid sponsorship does not increase your chances of winning. Free listing types (currently vets and pet shops) receive the same entry as paid ones.

4. Closing date

The prize draw closes when either (a) 2,000 eligible UK business listings have registered and been approved, or (b) 31 December 2026, whichever occurs first.

5. Prizes

• Grand prize: £5,000 cash paid by UK bank transfer.
• Runners-up (ten winners): £500 cash each, paid by UK bank transfer.
• Total prize pool: £10,000.
• Prizes are not transferable and no cash alternative or substitute is available.
• SnapDog reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our reasonable control make that necessary.

6. Winner selection

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a certified random number generator (RANDOM.ORG). Selection will take place within 7 days of the closing date. An independent adjudicator will verify the draw.

7. Notification & payment

• Winners will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing date.
• Winners must respond within 14 days of notification with their bank details for payment. Failure to respond will forfeit the prize and a new winner will be drawn.
• Prize payment will be made by BACS transfer within 28 days of receiving valid bank details.
• Winners consent to their business name (not personal name) and the value of their prize being published on the SnapDog website and social channels for promotional purposes.

8. Data protection

Personal data collected as part of this prize draw will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data will only be used for administering the draw and, where you opt in, for future marketing communications. You can withdraw consent or request deletion at any time by contacting leeraw1993@gmail.com.

9. Free-to-enter promotion

This promotion is a free prize draw operated under the exemption in Schedule 2 of the Gambling Act 2005 (free draws and prize competitions). No fee or wager is required to enter. Purchase of any SnapDog product or subscription is not a route of entry and confers no advantage.

10. General

• SnapDog reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is fraudulent, incomplete, or in breach of these terms.
• SnapDog may amend these terms if required by law or if operational circumstances demand it. Material changes will be posted to this page.
• These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
• The promoter's decision is final in all matters relating to the draw. No correspondence will be entered into.
